About Derivative Works

It is prohibited to redraw my illustrations or use AI illustrations or have AI learn them. Any use without permission is also prohibited. Please refrain from excessive graphic content.  A little bit sensual is fine!

Please feel free to use my illustrations as wallpaper or for personal use only.
However, please refrain from using it as an icon or header (e.g. any art from Yasuyuki). Any art works that have been commissioned or drawn for yourself are fine to use.

You are welcome to commission artists of Nianyan. Please let the artist know below:

  • Commission permission has been granted (you may share this page link)
  • Nianyan may use the artwork as part of her activities (thumbnails, social media asset, monetized YouTube channel or other streaming platforms)
  • Please provide PSD or PNG data with separate layers for the character and background
  • Crediting will be published when artwork is used

For clips, please feel free to post it and share it with me on social media or on YouTube. Please attach the #Nianyan hashtag so that it can reach me and others more easily.

Alternatively, if you’d like, please submit it to me on Discord or E-mail as I will take a look at it, and publish it under my channel with the credit of your name attached to you.

Prohibited Activities

Please do not perform the following in creation activities:

  1. Using expressions that mislead that it is an official work of Nianyan
  2. To use and advertise other businesses, solicit businesses, or use and promote other products
  3. Expressions that contain a specific belief, religion or political opinion
  4. Things deemed to be inappropriate by Nianyan
  5. Unauthorized reproduction or use of content posted on YouTube, X (Twitter), etc. (such as illustrations, videos, images, etc.) is prohibited.
